What to Wear: Mud Run

As it is running is really hard. Throw a mud pit in that equation and it’s just about the toughest thing ever. You should wear clothing that fits well and tight and that is also waterproof. Don’t wear your best running clothes either because….you’re going to get muddy. Don’t wear good gym shoes either because they will most likely get stuck in the mud.
