“To be, or not to be: That is the question,” and I’m pretty sure Hamlet wasn’t talking about what to wear to a play.
Plays are a great chance to see a story come to life, while socializing and looking your best. Keep the tragedy, or the comedy, on the stage for your night out on the town by dressing appropriately for the average play, although feel free dress it up for a Broadway play. You don’t have to wear a night gown or full tuxedos. The key is to put together a comfortable yet still somewhat dressy outfit. Again, the color black is important to wear because black is chic and classy.
